Clarisse Lee

Founder & CEO

Clarisse Lee previously practiced law in China for nearly twenty years, including work in the field of public interest environmental law. After immigrating to the United States, she founded the Silicon Valley Mom Salon in 2017, an organization that facilitates mutual assistance among new immigrants. During the pandemic, she organized public interest seminars, serving as the lead creator for the Silicon Valley Education and Culture Salon's seminar series. These seminars have benefited tens of thousands of people and received widespread acclaim.

Jin (Jeane) Zhang

Board Member

Jin (Jeane) Zhang, Esq., has twenty years’ experience as an attorney, legal counsel, and executive at top ranked law firms, large public companies, and start-ups. She is highly skilled at working with business partners on bringing new products and technology to the market. She has a successful record in counseling clients on a broad range of issues relating to consumer and enterprise products and has advised international companies to success with their market strategy and growth initiatives. Jeane received two bachelor’s degrees from Tsinghua University and three master’s degrees including an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Courtney Zhang

Board Member

Courtney has over 20 years of public accounting experience serving clients ranged from Fortune 100 companies, startups, high net worth individuals to private family foundations. Courtney is devoted to support charitable organizations leveraging what she has learned.

Wendy Shi

CFO

Wendi Shi has over ten years of experience in securities and financial work. She was the founder of a financial consulting firm and held registrations as a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and a non-practicing member of registered tax practitioners. Presently residing in Silicon Valley, she is deeply committed to public welfare and charitable endeavors.

Xichen Zhang

CTO

Xichen Zhang was a software engineer. She started her entrepreneurial journey in 2005, establishing multiple websites. One of the websites attracted several million registered users. Now, as a retiree, she enjoys playing golf and dedicates her free time to engaging in various activities, such as volunteering in technical roles at Bluedot.

Huang Jing

COO

Huang Jing had over 20 years energy industry experience in business management and operation. Have strong passion and have been active in non profit activities for years, especially in kids education and supporting kids in Daliangshan poverty area. She always believes “gift of roses to others, fragrance left in my hands”.

Yudy Deng

CMO

Yudy Deng and her two children moved to Palo Alto in 2018 from Bellevue WA, where she served as Bellevue's Parks and Community Services Board Member since 2016. Yudy used to be a fitness franchise owner and an enthusiastic group instructor.

She is a runner/dancer/climber and enjoys playing soccer/tennis/golf with her children. As a proud resident of Palo Alto, Yudy and her friends and family were recognized by the Palo Alto Parks & Rec Board, Friends of Palo Alto Parks, and Palo Alto Weekly through their impressive effort to fundraise and donate $10,000 to Cubberley Community Center Track and Field Project in the summer of 2022. As a dedicated leader in the nonprofit sector, Yudy has been honored to be elected as the current Executive Vice President at Ohlone PTA, current board member at the ZGZG Chinese Cultural Events in Silicon Valley, and past President of Shanghai Jiao Tong University's alumni association in Silicon Valley. In these roles, she volunteered and organized many athletic, cultural, social, and professional events to facilitate connections and support among well-diversified communities in the Bay Area. These experiences will help her make a positive impact in her new role as a board member for Bluedot, leveraging her extensive background in community engagement and service to enhance the organization's mission.
